Processing Time
Processing times vary by product and are noted on each product page. If you have questions about a specific item before ordering, reach out at shop@achysmile.shop.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 states using a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are in addition to your processing time.

International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations through Shopify’s managed shipping program. Available options, carriers, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us at shop@achysmile.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please hold onto any damaged packaging and items, as we may need photos to file a claim.
