Return & Refund Policy
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To start a return, log in to your account at achysmile.shop/account, find your order, and submit a return request. You can also contact us at shop@achysmile.shop with your order number and proof of purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
∙ Gift cards
∙ Downloadable products
∙ Some health and personal care items
∙ Items marked as final sale
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were sent — for example, items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use not caused by our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm and let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, but it typically takes a few business days to post.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, start a return through our portal or email shop@achysmile.shop.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go back to them.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If you receive a refund, original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
